He was predeceased by: his wives, Sandra Knight and Jeanne Knight. He is survived by: his children, Michael W. Knight Jr. (Casey), Lisa Gahring (Mike) and Kelley Palmer (George). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
