Jeremy Michael Simmons Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Michael Simmons in Deland, Florida, born in Fairbanks, Alaska, who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Simmons of Colorado and William Simmons of Wisconsin; his brother Josh (Erin); his nephews, Jack and Tom; his niece Lucy of Colorado; his brother Jason (Luma); his nephew Leo of Texas; his sibling Leslie Simmons (Mark Slaughter); his nieces and nephews, Kyra, Emily and Molly of Alaska; his sister Monica Simmons of Florida; his partner Yoko Lujan; and his partner's daughter Kayla. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
