He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Leach (William Autry) and K. Amanda Misner (Matthew); his granddaughter Anja Misner; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Inkley; his nephew Tim Butcher (Mary Eleanor); and his nieces, Vicki Krause (Elmer), Rebekah Zwick and Rachel Earl.
