We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2023 we had to say goodbye to George Howard Smith of Deland, Florida, born in Lithonia, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Cleo Smith; his wife Louise; his son Steven; and his grandson Jake.

He is survived by: his children, Wanda Treadaway of Hickory, NC, Sherill Elrod of Covington, GA, James Smith (Jeanne) of Covington, GA and Michael Smith (Dorie) of Covington, GA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grand and great-great grandchildren.
