She was predeceased by: her father George Raymond McIntosh; her children, Brenda Simmons, Daniel McIntosh, David McIntosh and Joseph McIntosh; and her siblings, Bob (Helga), John Courtney and Katherine Fulgham (Bill).
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Marie Courtney; and her grandchildren, Billy Simmons, Chris McIntosh, Allen McIntosh, Aric McIntosh, Ronnie Stewart, Donna Peters, Lisa Jernigan, Kelly Livingston, Missy Cobb and Patty Broadway. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
