He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannette Garrett Lindsey and William Hewett Lindsey, Sr.; and his brother John Lindsey. He is survived by: his brother Lewis R. "Bob" Lindsey (Janie) of DeFuniak Springs; his nephews, Robby Lindsey (Ioana), Jack Lindsey (Misty) and Christopher Lindsey (Barbara); his niece Bridgette Rayfield (Chad); and his sister-in-law Brenda Ward Lindsey. He is also survived by nine great-nieces and nephews.
