He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Mae Brackett Garrett and Harvey D. Garrett, Sr.; and his siblings, Roger Garrett and Sara Aurther. He is survived by: his siblings, Harvey Garrett, Jr. and Geneva Wright; and his sons, Wayne Garrett (Julie) and Robert Garrett (Nina). He is also survived by many grand children, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
