He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brown; his children, Tia Brown Griffin, Shalene Hall (Clay) and Christopher Brown; his grandchildren, Ashley Carter (Aaron), Holly Brown (Kyle), Kyler Hall and Preston Brown; his great grandchildren, Caroline Mackenzie and Oliver Zane Carter; and his siblings, Cynthia McCleskey (Jim) and Frank Brown (Connie).
