He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; his parent Russell Hilligoss Sr.; his wife Magdalene Clark; and his brother Leonard "Zeke" Hilligoss Mr. He is survived by: his children, Russell Hilligoss III (Tammy Hilligoss) of Bruce and Angela Waller (Randy Waller) of Lynn Haven; his grandchildren, Sara (Blake Diedrich), Robert Hilligoss, Caleb Hilligoss, Madison Alexander, Emily Alexander and Zachary Alexander; and his sister Diane Byrd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
