Salter; his great grandchildren, Meisa Blackmon of DeFuniak Springs, Florida and Nikkole Blackmon of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; and his siblings, Marco Blackmon, John Lewis Williams, Sr. and Doretha Flora McCullough of Panama City. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
