He is survived by: his wife Diane Nelson; his children, Joey Dewayne Snell (Brooke) of Salem, Alabama, Kenneth Paul Nelson of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Brittany Nicole Spaid (Joseph) of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Matthew Levi Nelson of DeFuniak Springs, Florida and Zoey Annette Nelson of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; his siblings, Udon Nelson of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Ricky Nelson (Deborah) of Little River and Sheala Andrews (Ricky) of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; and his grandchildren, Elyn Snell, Lakyn Snell, Adelyn Snell, Joseph Spaid, Nevaeh Spaid, Rylen Phelps-Nelson, Roman Spaid, Emmylou Spaid, Carter Paul Nelson and Easton Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
