It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Byron Reese of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Freeport, Florida, who passed away on September 4, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Edward Reese and Evelyn Jenigan Reese; his grandsons, Charles Reese and Mikie Reese; his daughter Linda Susan Reese; and his siblings, Edward Horace Reese Jr., Frances Thompson, Betty Elizabeth Wallace, Edith Porter, Ralph Reese and Henry Adams Reese.
He is survived by: his wife Margueritte Reese of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; and his children, Leslie Byron Reese, Jr. (Barbara B. Reese) of Melbourne, Ronald Leigh Reese (Linda Riley Gager) of Vero Beach and Louis Edward Reese of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
