She was predeceased by: her parents, James Daniel Wooten and Blanch Collinsworth Wooten; her sons, Johnny Dewayne Bartlett and James Ronald Bartlett; her former husband Johnnie Isaac Bartlett; and her brother J. D. Wooten, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Billy George Mowell; her nephew Wayne Wooten; her cousins, Lina Hobbs, Sammy, Dan Trotman, Linda, D'Aun Trotman, Wilton Wooten, Debra, Kathy Carroll and Hubert; and her close friend Penny Jones. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
