He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank and Nina Culley Bludworth; his parents-in-law, Walter and Lucille Hall McCollough; and his brother Patrick C. Bludworth.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Brad and Bryan; his grandchildren, Hayden, Alaina, Peyton, Campbell, Grayson, Harrison and Holden; his siblings, David H. Bludworth (Bunny), Nancy B. Davidson, Robert Bludworth (Sheila) and Margaret Little (Ken); and his sister-in-law Mitzy Bludworth. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
