Joel Langley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Langley of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Florala, Alabama, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard and Edith Stafford Langley; his wife Charlotte Allen Langley; and his brother James Royce Langley. He is survived by: his daughters, Melody Langley of DeFuniak Springs and Valerie Langley MacKay (Kevin) of Madison, AL; his grandchildren, Melissa Morlock (Thomas), Katherine Alligood (William III), Shelley MacKay (Shaun Foster), Abigail Tuñón (Karl), Cameron MacKay (Jenna) and Cody MacKay; and his great grandchildren, Samuel Paul Morlock, Bennett Owen Morlock, William McDevett Alligood IV, John Luke Alligood, Walker James Alligood and Jax Manuel Tuñón.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Matrix Community Outreach Center (matrixcoc.org) to help local Walton County Florida families in need.
