He was predeceased by: his father Elbert Barge, Sr.; and his brothers, James Barge and Elbert Barge, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Victor Barge of Minneapolis, MN and Erica Iszard (Marcus) of Overland Park, KS; his granddaughters, Mallory Iszard and Makenzie Iszard of Chicago, IL.; his close friend Ruth Phillips of Tallahassee, FL; his son Craig Roberts (Stacia) of Palm Bay, FL; and his siblings, Jessie Barge of Panama City, Barbara Gipson of DeFuniak Springs, Ruth Brown of Mobile, AL, Vera Randolph of Panama City, FL and Gloria Riley (Paul) of Panama City, FL.. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
