He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Miller; his children, Kathy Roberts, Rebekah Hermes and Jeffrey Beer; and his grandchildren, Trisha Taapken, Thomas Melester, Katie, Ryan and Kyle. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
