He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Bertram. He is survived by: his parents, Jay Bertram and Kayla Bertram; his brothers, Beaudy and Slade; his grandparents, Sarah Hill, Danny and Theresa Glidewell; his great-grandparents, Joe and Voncille Canoy; his aunts and uncles, Shery Wise, Nathan Bertram (DeAnn), Etta Labastie (Sam), Thomas Glidwell, James Glidewell and Ashton Bliss (Brandon); and his close friends, Justin Witt and Victoria Flynn. He is also survived by Numerous great aunts and uncles, cousins and family friends.
