It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacalyn Diane Lorenz of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Fuller and Irma Marie Bass; her father-in-law Kenneth Lorenz; and her siblings-in-law, James Lorenz, Donna Lorenz and Kay Ammons.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Lorenz; her children, Lulu Lorenz, Herman and Scott Skipper; her siblings, Dennis Fuller (Cheryl), Keith Fuller, David Bass (Glenda), Margaret Freeman and Stacey Gillman (Alan); her mother-in-law Pearl Lorenz; and her siblings-in-law, Teresa Williamson and Jim Williamson. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Firefighter Cancer Support Network or the American Lung Association.
