He was predeceased by: his parents, Zofia Wilczewski Martin and Stanley Kozlowski; his brother Waldemar Jacak; his uncles, Steve Wilczewski and Teddy Wilczewski; and his grandparents, Stanley and Irene Wilczewski.
He is survived by: his brother Robert Martin (Dawn); his nephews, Connor and Colton Martin; his aunt Jackie Wilczewski; and his cousins, April, Stormy, Jennifer and Christopher.
