He was predeceased by: his father Frank Tisdale. He is survived by: his mother Linda Tisdale of Longview, Washington; his wife Carolyn Tisdale; his children, Zachary Tisdale of Pensacola, Florida, Shauna Linebaugh and Chelsi Tisdale of Pensacola; his stepsons, Matthew and James Adams of New Harmony; his grandchildren, Hunter Linebaugh, Sawyer, McKensie, Weston and Cooper Adams; his sisters, Kim Lemmons and Susan Reynolds of Longview, Washington; and his pet Max. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
