He is survived by: his wife Alberta Teal; his children, Ralph Teal, Sherry Teal McHenry (Lonnie McHenry) and Crystal Teal Scarbrough (Randy Scarbrough); his sister-in-law Carolyn Teal; and his grandchildren, Helen Fernon, Crystal Burkhart, Richard Teal, Jarred Nelson, Eric Scarbrough, Travis McHenry, Timmy Scarbrough and Izzy Teal. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
