He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend William P. and Frances Starkey; and his sister Sherry Starkey Charcandy. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Holton; his daughter Kimberly (Alec) of Newark, Ohio; his grandsons, Preston and Levi Wallace of Newark, Ohio; and his siblings, Diann Kish (Johnny) of Mifflin, Stephan (Donna) of Windsor Locks, Danny (Dayleen) of Quinwood and Anthony (Sallie) of Danville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
