She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Thorn and Eula Hall Thorn; her sons, Michael Pridgen and Gary Ronald Pridgen; and her brother Junior Thorn (Arcelia).
She is survived by: her daughter Joy Smith (Quintin); her grandchildren, Jason Hall, Kaylen, Kody Pridgen and Zachary Smith (Shelby); her great grandchildren, Lily, Rhett and Maylee; her daughter-in-law Katie Pridgen; and her sisters-in-law, Marie Courtney and Martha Nobles Pridgen.
