He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arlo Norman Spencer and Frances Cota Spencer; his wife Sharon Spencer; his daughters, Brittany Spencer Tomczyk, Kristen Marie Spencer and Holly Noel Cooke; his son-in-law Cody Tomczyk; and his grandsons, Connor Nicholas Rogers, Henry Norman Tomczyk and Walter Arlo Tomczyk.
