She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Welch and Lila Welch; and her spouse Ellis LaVar Watts. She is survived by: her siblings, Lawanna Page (Bryan) of Idaho, Delbert Welch (Barb) of Arizona and Orson Welch (Colleen) of Washington; her children, Natalie Porter (Rick), Nathan Watts of Colorado Springs, CO and Terry Watts (Melissa) of Spring, TX.; and her grandchildren, Kara Bensfield (Dave), Ryan Porter (Alyson), Tami Cayton (Bryce), Marhya Buck (Cody), Jordyn Wilcox (Matt), Nick, Brennan, Collin, Cortnye, Justin (Annabelle) and Devon Watts. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
