She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Brown Forbes, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jack B. Forbes, Jr. (Darlene) of Charlotte and Karen Elaine Collins of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Kim Lemmons, Dale Kiker, Allyson Hucks (Waylon) and Brandon Forbes (Lisa); and her great grandchildren, Kaylie Hucks, Riley Sullivan, Kensie Hucks, Lennon Hucks, Liam Hucks, Paisley Forbes, Lora Lemmons and Mariah Lemmons.
