It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Neal Scarborough in Deerfield Beach, Florida, born in Fort Valley, Georgia, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Scarborough and Mildred Ray Scarborough Sr.; his sister Joyce Palm Leckner; his brother-in-law Dewayne Palm; his brothers, Jerry Scarborough and Russell Ray; and his sister-in-law Sandra Ray.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Scarborough and Matthew Scarborough; his grandson Steele Scarborough; his former wife Cindy Scarborough; his siblings, Debra Blackburn (Slim) and David Scarborough (Terri); and his sisters-in-law, Norma Jo Scarborough and Kay Scarborough. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many more family members and friends.
