He is survived by: his children, Franklin D. Black, Jr. (Rose), Dewey E. Black, Sr., Ronnie J. Black (Sandra), Beverly A. Schafer (Don) and Terry L. Black; and his sister Mary Frances Black. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
