He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lyam Kennedy, Sr. and Lydia Grace Lamia Kennedy; his former wife Mary Lou Halloran Lottz; his brother Edward Kennedy, Jr.; and his grandson Bryan Benson Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Sue Anne Bickel; his daughters, Jeanne Benson (Bryan) of Alpine, Bridget Romele (Tim) of Denver, CO and Mary Kay Kennedy of South Jordan; his siblings, Phillip Kennedy and Lydia (Cleo); his half-brother John Dahl (Shirley) of Hauser, ID; and his brother-in-law Jack Bickel (Lori) of Butler, PA. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, his 2 Godsons, several Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews.
