With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Ray Parks Sr. of Dade City, Florida, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Ray Parks and Eunice Helen Parks (Dooley); his wife Deborah Parks (Garnett); his children, Tracy Parks Heckman (Keith) of Michigan and Thomas Ray Parks II of North Carolina; his granddaughter Amanda Insua-Null (Zachary) of Michigan; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie Null and Georgia Lee Null; and his brother Jeff Berry of California.
