He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Jeltes and Simon Jeltes; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Jane of Dade City; his daughter Sarah Dee (Austin Dee) of Wesley Chapel; his grandchildren, Connor and Harper Dee of Wesley Chapel; his sister Marcia DeFrancesco (Roccy DeFrancesco) of Naples; and his sister-in-law Betty Jeltes of Hudsonville, MI.
