He is survived by: his uncle Frank; his wife Dianne Ankoviak; his daughter Christy Gertz (Jeffrey Gertz); his grandchildren, Alexis, Tianna, Daniella and Lizzie; his children, Dakota, Cheyenne and Hunter; his siblings, Judy French (Chuck), Mike Ankoviak (Patti), Stan Ankoviak (Shayne), Jane Lair (Loren) and Robert Ankoviak (Christy); his close friends, Tommy and Donna Dorman; and his pet Rex.
