He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edward and Lois M. Smith; and his siblings, Dwayne Smith of Missouri and Linda White (Rita Brunner) of Missouri. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sauls of Dade City; his stepdaughter Bridget Guthrie (Josh) of Dade City; his granddaughter Anna Guthrie; his stepdaughter Andrea Kyle (Brad) of Dade City; his grandson Jacob Sauls-Rodgers; and his brother Gary Smith of Missouri. He is also survived by numerous other friends and extended family.
