He was predeceased by: his son Leon Phillips; his brother Timmy Thomas; and his parents, Nathan Thomas and Ernestine Thomas. He is survived by: his daughters, Pleasure Michelle Perez and Lisa Joe Livingston; and his siblings, Jerry Thomas of Johnny Thomas, Tina Woods, Alice Thomas and Patricia Railey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
