We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2021, at the age of 87, Jesse Hickam of Dade City, Florida, born in Ashland, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Frank and Gladys Hickam; his former wife Patricia M. Hickam (Tibbetts); and his siblings, James Alvin Hickam, Loraine Forsee, Shelby Hickam, Hallene Forsee and Sally Forsee.
He is survived by: his wife Helen P. Hickam; his children, Theresa Kolbe, Paula Durso (Loretta), Jesse F. Hickam III (Sabrina), Gary Progar (Leslie) and Paige Progar; his siblings, Bonnie Walker, Marvin Hickam and Evelyn Hickam; his grandchildren, Jennifer Winslow, Elizabeth Darling (Brian), Kylie Hickam, Samantha Hickam, Abigail Hickam, Zachary Manning, Sarah Jaumann and Alexander Jaumann; and his great grandchildren, Dante Perkins and Erin Darling.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, those who would like to express sympathy send memorial donations to either the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
