He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore McKinnie and Mabel M. McKinnie; and his grandparents, Ruby Mae Southward, Alberta M. Southward and Willie B. Southward, Sr..
He is survived by: his son Brent Searight (TX); his grandson Levi Timothy Searight; his daughter Angel Nichole (Atlanta Ga); his siblings, Charles Alfred McKinnie (Dade City), Bonita A Southward and Stephanie A. McKinnie; his uncles, Southward, Jr. of Dade City, Fla, Reginald and Ronald Southward of Dade City, Fla.; and his aunt Willie Gray Tarver of St. Petersburg, Fla. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, friends.
