Stephens; his nephews, Mark Stephens, James William Tackett (Pete), John Edward Stephens, Jr. and Marion Leon Stephens; his niece Linda Stephens; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Matthew and Waylan James Woodham.
He is survived by: his wife Janie M. Stephens; his daughters, Andrea Vogel (Matt) and Angela Woodham (Matt); his grandchildren, Hope Vogel, Tyler Vogel (Suzanne), Sarah Vogel, Jacob Vogel, Matthew Woodham and Amber Vogel; his siblings, Lenora Hunt of Texas and Leon Stephens of California; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Stephens of Florida and Carol Stephens of Arizona.
