With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Sumner Rowell of Dade City, Florida, who passed away on July 16, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Sumner and Mabel Sumner (Everidge); and her sister Carole Croft. She is survived by: her sons, Derek Rowell (Betsy) of Dade City, Scott Rowell (Tammy) of Dade City and Tyler Rowell (Robin) of Wilmington, DE; her grandchildren, Kayla Rowell, Chelsie Rowell, Courtney Reynolds (Zack), Natalie Rowell and Nathan Rowell; and her stepgrandsons, Michael Jackson and Matthew Jackson.
