He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Alford Forehand and Martha (Lashley); his wife Evelyn Forehand; and his children, Theresia Benton, Jeffery Forehand and James Dwayne Forehand.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Vengard (Tom), Shirley Sayer (Mike), Kay Connell (Ben) and Luckie Hearn. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, eleven great great grandchildren, and seven great great great grandchildren.
