With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Alfonso of Dade City, Florida, born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on May 13, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cesar Placido Alfonso and Violanda "Violet" Rosemary Alfonso (Puleo). He is survived by: his wife Nancy McClain Alfonso; his son Alexander; and his brothers, Cesar (Julie) and Robert (Clara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
