He was predeceased by: his father Ross Purkis; and his half-brother Todd Purkis. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Purkis; his daughter Kenadey Anita; the parent of his child Kelley Jo Adams; his brother Tim Purkis (Karen); and his half-sister Susie Godsey (Michael).
