He was predeceased by: his parents, L. C. "Red" Chitty and Ava Lou Chitty; his wife Louise Geruntino Chitty; and his brother Robert Chitty. He is survived by: his siblings, Janis Sue Crews (Eddie) and Donald R Chitty; his brother-in-law Eddie Crews; his children, Renee Elliott (Rick) of Mechanicsville, VA., Michael Chitty (Dyan) of Dade City, FL. and Marc Chitty (Donna) of Highland Springs, VA; his grandchildren, WJ Hamilton Timothy (Kimberly) of Mechanicsville, VA, Kelsey James of Mechanicsville, VA, Chelsea Chitty of Tallahassee, FL and Casey Chitty of Los Angeles, CA; and his child Along. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
