He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Hoper and Doris M. Hoper. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his siblings, James Hoper of Arkansas and Ann of Wisconsin; his children, Troy Hoper of Kingsland and Gina Smith of MIddleburg; his stepchildren, Terry of Orlando, William of North Carolina and James of Washington; his grandchildren, Dannielle and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Nicole and Christoper.
