He was predeceased by: his sons, James Fletcher, Gary Fletcher and David Ruhlig. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Fletcher of Crescent City; and his children, Rodney Fletcher (Kathy) of Crawsfordville, Kathy Bainter of Naples and Diana Ruhlig-Hendix (Steven) of Summerville, SC.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
