She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hezlep. She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Bowen, Lacey Richardson, Danielle Johnson, Katrina Mathews, Bobbi Daigle and Hope Ann Lewis; and her sisters, Debbie Raison and Donna Kaelin. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
