We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2023, at the age of 91, Patsy C Owen (Crawfordville, Florida), born in Canton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Libbert, R. Mark Owen, John Owen and Matt Owen. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 16 great- grand children.
