She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Wade and Cora Lee Conder; and her husband Horace Harold Smith. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Roth (Paul) and John Smith; and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Tonya, Daniel, Bryan and Shayne.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to life recaptured in Merritt Island, Florida.
