It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Simon of Cocoa Beach, Florida, born in Glastonbury, Connecticut, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest C. Simon and Violet S. Simon; and his sister Irene Annis. He is survived by: his sister Lorraine S. Watkins of Marlborough, CT; his wife Nancy B. Haugh; his children, Marie Denise Callahan (Tom), Walter C. Simon Jr. (Guy), Michelle S. Hartley (James) and William C. Simon (Willie); his grandchildren, Tommy, Sean Callahan, Justin, Jolene Hartley, Angela, Mitchell Simon, Taylor, Cody, Cole and Nisa Simon; and his friends, Glynis Simon, Dick, Barbara Halloran, Helene Fox and Don Ross.
