He is survived by: his children, Dr. Craig Sater, Dr. Richard Sater (Pamela) and Dr. Deborah "Debbie" Carstens; and his grandchildren, Natalie (Jeremy), Richard "Richie" Jr. (Amy), Cassidy, Christian (Jessica), Ryan and Lindsay.
